Butterfly Life members feel like they have their own fashion consultant. That’s because they do!

Meet Beth Thorp, our fashion advisor, she brings our members over 20 years of fashion experience -- she knows how to outfit women in clothes that make them look and feel great!

Beth is a sought after speaker, trainer and coach in the arena of Self-Development and Dressing for Success Seminars. Through her “Total Look Formula” she teaches women how to make the most of their personal appearance.

“In Style” is what the clothing industry promotes. “Having Style” is what you put into the clothes you are wearing.

With Beth as your own personal stylist, you will learn how to make the most of what you’ve got. Beth’s expertise in fashion and style is perfect for women of all shapes, sizes and ages. From simple tips on how to liven up a winter outfit with color, to projecting confidence in the work place, Beth Thorp empowers Butterfly Life members with her expertise and practical approach to inspire change.

Beth Thorp has been awarded CIP status (Certified Image Professional) through AICI, The Association of Image Consultants International, for her level of expertise and professionalism in her industry. She was appointed as Fashion Director for AICI conferences and consults for them as their Regional Advisor.

She is owner and the president of Winning Ways Institute, an image management company based in Carlsbad, California. She studied fashion abroad through Fashion Group International, and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development. She holds a degree from Ray Vogue School of Design for Fashion Merchandising and Design, Chicago, Illinois. She was appointed Fashion Director and teacher for Patricia Stevens Fashion and Business College, and consults with wardrobe consultants for Tanner Brands, one of the largest direct sellers of women’s fashions.

Beth’s media and corporate appearances on fashion and image have been featured on KUSI news, KDCI Headline news, The Union Tribune, San Diego Business Journal, Parent Magazine and radio talk shows. Corporate seminars for Jaycor Inc., National University, San Diego Credit Union, HQ Business Centers just to mention a few. She has been titled the Fashion Therapist in her field. Throughout her career as an image consultant, Beth has helped thousands of women enjoy confidence and heightened self-esteem that results from finding their own perfect personal style.

As Butterfly Life’s fashion advisor, Ms. Thorp provides our members with insight on a variety of topics related to fashion and style including, color analysis, wardrobe analysis, and how to project confidence through body language, gestures, eye contact and movement.
